      I Have Two Accounts. What Should I Do?

      If you have multiple accounts, you can deactivate the one you no longer need from your profile.

      Here’s how:

      1. Go to our website: https://www.passeidireto.com/
      2. Click Settings.
      3. Scroll down and select Deactivate or Delete Account.
      4. Choose a reason and click Confirm.

      That’s it! Your account will be deactivated.

      You can reactivate it by logging in again, but some data may be lost. Reactivation is only possible for up to 5 years.

      If you prefer, you can permanently delete your account.
